🎯 Chapter 13: Special Requests 📋 13.1 General Framework The following four mechanisms are special requests that may be made by a team's CP/SCP: Private Game Express Mode PC Restart Request to Show Hands Unless otherwise expressly stated in each section, all special requests are governed by the following rules: Who may request: only the team's CP/SCP. When: the request must be posted up to 1 minute before the scheduled match time. If the match is scheduled for 00:00 GMT, it may be posted until 23:59 GMT. How: it must be posted in the Match Topic or in Support & Help, clearly indicating the Nick/Profile of the requested player. Scope: the request will be valid for any properly registered player, regardless of whether or not they are included in the starting lineup for the match, since they may later enter as a substitute. If the player is substituted: the request is canceled, but if the player re-enters the match, the request is automatically reactivated and must be fulfilled. If the player is rotated: the request remains active and must be fulfilled in their new time slot. Failure to comply: if the player refuses to comply with the special request, the opponent may start SC, clearly stating the reason. Evidence: complaints related to failure to comply with a special request must include video evidence, in accordance with the evidence rules established in the regulations. Requested player limit: Group Stage: 1 player. Semifinals and Final: 2 players. ⚠️ If a Game Is Started Without Following the Request If, by mistake, the players start a game without correctly applying the special request — for example, starting a Private Game without activating the required option or starting an Express Mode game without enabling that mode —: The game must be completed normally. Any games played before noticing the mistake will remain valid. Neither player may leave the game and later claim that the special request was not followed. Once the game is completed, the players must continue the following games while correctly complying with the special request. If a player deliberately leaves a game that has already started, that game will be counted as a loss for that player. 🔒 13.2 Private Game If a CP/SCP has concerns about a player, they may request that the player play a Private Game using the corresponding Gamezer option. Individual Championships A Private Game may be requested at any time, except in the case of a 2nd Warning, in which case the general deadline of 1 minute before the match must be respected. Doubles and Trios Championships Each player must request a Private Game from their VS. ⚡ 13.3 Express Mode Individual, Doubles, and Trios Championships Express Mode may be requested at any time, except in the case of a 2nd Warning, in which case the general deadline of 1 minute before the match must be respected. When the request is made within the corresponding deadline, the player must correctly activate Express Mode before starting the game. 🔄 13.4 PC Restart The requested player must restart their PC while showing the full screen and keeping the camera on throughout the entire procedure. Once the PC has restarted, the player must set up their screen-sharing device again and post a new Google Meet/AnyDesk, with the camera on. The restart procedure does not depend on the method used to share the screen: the camera must remain on at all times. The player must correctly complete the procedure before continuing the match. 🎥 Demonstration Video: PC Restart 💻 👐 13.5 Request to Show Hands This is a special request that allows certain players to be asked to show both hands, in addition to the mouse or touchpad. The requested player must keep both hands and their mouse/touchpad visible throughout the entire game. The position of the hands and camera must follow the corresponding demonstration video. The player must maintain this position throughout the entire game. If the player moves the camera during the game, the moderator may ask them to reposition it correctly. If the player finishes the game with the camera moved or turned off and wins that game, -1 point will be deducted. If the player loses the game under those conditions, this penalty will not apply. 🎥 Demonstration Video: Correct Camera and Hand Position

📹 Chapter 12: Visual Verification 12.1 Evidence and Verification Any complaint related to the visual verification rules in this chapter must be supported by video evidence, unless a specific rule expressly states that another form of evidence is allowed. The video must clearly show the moment when the violation occurs and allow the Staff to verify the facts. When a violation occurs during a game, the evidence must make it possible to identify the affected game and the situation that led to the complaint. Complaints supported by evidence that does not clearly prove the violation will not be valid. 12.2 Use of the Magnifier All players must use the magnifier at 200% zoom during all games. The player may adjust the magnifier window in whichever way is most comfortable for making their shots, for example, in a square or rectangular shape. The magnifier must follow the cursor throughout the entire game. If it is not configured correctly, the opponent may start SC. The size of the magnifier can be adjusted using ALT + SHIFT + the arrow keys. If the player starts the match without the magnifier set to 200%, the opponent may start SC. The use of the magnifier is mandatory during all games, unless a moderator expressly requests that it be closed. Special Request to Close the Magnifier A moderator may request that a player close the magnifier only once, either before the game begins or while the game is in progress. Once the moderator has requested that the magnifier be closed, the player must keep it closed for the remainder of the game. The player may not later request that the magnifier be reopened during that same game. If the player refuses to close the magnifier before the game begins, the opponent may start SC. If the request is made during a game, the player must close it immediately. If they refuse, they will lose the game. If the player reopens the magnifier after a moderator has requested that it be closed and wins that game, they will automatically lose that game. Repeatedly requesting that the magnifier be reopened after an order to close it constitutes a chat violation and will be penalized with -1 point. The correct way to display the Magnifier will be as follows: 📱 12.3 Webcam / Mobile Phone The camera is mandatory throughout the entire game, from start to finish, in all tournaments and game modes. The camera must clearly show the screen and the player's position during the match. The camera may be shared through WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. It is recommended to create or open the camera groups 10 to 15 minutes before the match begins to avoid delays. In team championships, one or two moderators from the opposing team may join the corresponding group to verify the cameras. Sharing camera videos with third parties for mockery, exposure, or any other purpose that violates the players' privacy is prohibited. If a camera video is shared with malicious intent, for example, by using a player's face as a meme, those responsible may receive a 3-month suspension. Camera Moderator In Team Championships, the CP/SCP must post who will be their team's camera moderator in the corresponding tournament topic. This post must be made no later than 15 minutes before the match. For example, if the match is scheduled for 00:00 GMT, the CP/SCP has until 23:44 GMT to post the moderator. If the CP/SCP does not post the camera moderator within this deadline, it will be assumed that the team does not wish to play with cameras during that time slot, and they will not have the right to request a camera from any opposing player scheduled for that time slot. 12.4 General Camera Rules Initial Positioning Before starting, the camera must clearly show the entire screen and the hand the player uses to control the mouse or touchpad. The moderator may ask the player to move the camera closer or adjust it to properly verify the screen. The positioning procedure must be performed according to the demonstration video shown below. [Demonstration Video: Correct Camera Position] Abuse of Camera Adjustment Requests Camera adjustment requests must only be used to verify compliance with the rules. If it is proven that a moderator, CP, or SCP makes abusive camera adjustment requests for the sole purpose of interrupting or disadvantaging the opponent, the following penalties will apply: 1 game deducted from their team's score. 3 Warning Points for conduct against fair play. 🔇 12.5 Video Call Audio Once the games have started, players must keep the video call audio muted. If a player deliberately uses the camera audio to make unnecessary comments, insults, provocations, or any remarks intended to disturb the opponent during the game, they will receive a -1 point deduction. A violation occurs when the player deliberately uses the audio to make unnecessary comments during the game. If the camera moderator makes this type of comment, the -1 point deduction will be applied to their team's final score. ✋ 12.6 Hand and Camera Positioning Throughout the entire match, the player must keep the hand used to control the game visible, positioned on the mouse or touchpad, so that it can be verified that only one PC is being used. The camera must be positioned so that the screen and the hand controlling the mouse or touchpad are clearly visible. The moderator must verify this position before allowing the player to start the match. The camera position must be maintained throughout the entire game. If the player moves the camera so that the screen or hand is no longer clearly visible, the moderator may ask the player to return it to the required position. If the player refuses to position the camera correctly before starting, the opponent may start SC. If the player moves the camera during the game and, after being asked by the moderator, does not return it to the correct position, any game won while the screen cannot be clearly viewed may be deducted. During the game, players are prohibited from placing their hands on the computer screen to measure, calculate, point, or determine trajectories. This rule applies to all players during any championship. If a player uses their hands on the screen for any of these purposes and the action affects or may affect the execution of their shots, -1 point will be deducted from their final score. [Demonstration Video: Correct Camera Position] 🖱️ 12.7 Circular Cursor The use of the circular cursor, also known as a round cursor or circle, whose size is similar to the balls in the game, is prohibited. This tool provides a significant advantage when making shots and, for this reason, is prohibited in championships. If a player is found using this cursor, they will be eliminated from the Championship. In addition, they will be banned from all Arrow Tournaments for 1 month and will lose all games in the match, for example, 6-0.

Chapter 11 📖 Chapter 11: Allowed Cursors ➡️ 11 Allowed Cursors All players must use a cursor allowed by the rules during their matches. Any of the default Windows system cursors may be used, in any of their three sizes. Image The original black system cursor may also be used, provided that the “Delete” option is disabled. Image The following official cursors are also allowed: Aero Arrow, Aero Arrow_L, Aero Arrow_XL, Arrow M and Arrow L. The use of any type of cursor or pointer that requires the installation of an external program is prohibited. Original system cursors appear with the “Delete” option disabled. Image If a player refuses to use an allowed cursor, their opponent may start SC. Special Cursor Verification Request When there is reasonable suspicion that a player is using a modified or edited cursor: During the Group Stage, each team may request a cursor check for 1 player. During the Playoffs, a cursor check may be requested for up to 2 players. The request may only be made by the CP or SCP. The request must be posted on the forum, either in the match topic or in Support & Help. The requested player must change their cursor at that exact moment, during the verification. The cursor must be downloaded directly from the official link posted in the corresponding topic. The cursor and any related programs must be checked live and during the same verification procedure, not afterward. The player may not refuse the verification. If they refuse or attempt to avoid it, they will receive a 7-day suspension. This request must only be used when there is genuine suspicion. Abuse of this procedure to harass, delay, or deliberately disadvantage an opponent may be penalized by the Administration. Official cursors available: Aero Arrow · Aero Arrow_L · Aero Arrow_XL · Arrow M · Arrow L. Link descargas

CHAPTER 10: Google Meet & AnyDesk 🖥️ 10.1 Accepted Screen-Sharing Tools AnyDesk or Google Meet may be used for screen sharing during matches. Each player must post the corresponding AnyDesk access code or Google Meet link in the match topic. Only 1 spectator per session is allowed. The spectator is the person who connects to the AnyDesk or Google Meet session to watch or moderate the player. This may be the team captain, a team player, or the opponent in the case of an individual match. If more than one spectator joins the session, the session moderator must ask the additional person to leave. If they do not leave, SC (count) may be started until only one spectator remains. The setup and configuration of these programs is the responsibility of each player or captain. The rules do not include instructions for their installation or configuration. Important: Currently, AnyDesk allows only one active session per device. For this reason, only one player from each team may use AnyDesk during each time slot. If one player from a team is already using AnyDesk, the other players will be required to post Google Meet. If any of them refuses to post Google Meet, their opponent may start SC (count). Rule applicable only if AnyDesk does not allow opening additional simultaneous windows. 📸 10.2 Posting the Score and Screenshot Before closing AnyDesk or Google Meet, the player must post their final score along with the corresponding screenshot. The score will be considered valid if it appears either in the post or in the screenshot. It is not required to appear in both. If the player writes the score in the post, but the screenshot does not show the score, the post will be valid. If the screenshot shows the score, but the player does not write it in the post, the post will also be valid. If the player neither shows nor posts the score in either place, they will lose all games they won in that match. If the player posts an incorrect score by mistake, 1 game they won will be deducted. The previous rule applies exclusively to an error in the posted score. If the players post different results and neither can support their result with evidence, the corresponding rule established for such cases will apply. The player must post the score before closing AnyDesk or Google Meet. 👁️ 10.3 AnyDesk and Google Meet Supervision Before the games begin, the person responsible for moderating the session must verify that only one spectator is connected to the session. If there is more than one connection or spectator, they must request that the additional connection be removed. During the match, the session moderator must check whether a new connection request is accepted. If an additional spectator appears, they must request that the spectator be removed. If the player does not remove the additional connection after being asked to do so, 1 point will be deducted from their final score. All these situations must be supported by video evidence. When requesting the initial verification at the beginning of the match, the moderator may also ask the player to show the main AnyDesk window to verify whether there are any additional active connections. 🔍 10.4 Verifications During the Match The moderator may ask the player to show different elements of their computer in order to perform the corresponding verifications. These may include: Task Manager. Taskbar. Users. System Properties. Mouse pointer. Browser extensions. Other elements included in the verification procedures established by the rules. The player is required to show the elements requested by the moderator when they are part of a verification permitted by the rules. 🖥️ 10.5 Task Manager The moderator may ask the player to open the Task Manager before or during the match. If any program, process, or element that may be related to a violation is detected, the evidence will be reviewed by the Staff, who will determine whether a penalty should be applied. The detection of a suspicious program or process does not automatically result in a penalty. The decision must be based on the available evidence and the review conducted by the Staff. 🖱️ 10.6 Mouse Pointer If the mouse pointer stops appearing on the screen during the match, the AnyDesk or Google Meet moderator must inform the player so that they can fix the problem. If the player wins the game while the pointer is not visible, once that game is finished, they must leave the game to fix the issue, either by refreshing the system, checking the settings, or taking any other necessary action to make the pointer visible again. If the player loses the game, no penalty will be applied for this reason. If the player does not fix the problem and continues playing, SC (count) may be started. ⌨️ 10.7 Keyboard During the Match If, at the beginning of or during a match, the keyboard stops appearing on the screen, the AnyDesk or Google Meet moderator must ask the player to display it again. If the player does not display the keyboard again after being asked, they will lose any game they won while the keyboard was not visible. Video evidence is required. Exception: If the keyboard disappears at the final moment of the game, during the final shot (ball 7 or the black ball), and the player did not manually close it, they will not lose the game, even if the screen moderator asks them to display it again. 🚨 10.8 Suspicious Programs or Features If suspicious programs, tools, or features related to prohibited methods are detected during the verification process, the case will be reviewed by the Staff. The Staff will review the available evidence and determine whether a penalty should be applied. Any penalty must be based on the available evidence and the Staff's review. If a violation is confirmed, the player may be banned from all tournaments for 1 month. 📹 10.9 Closing AnyDesk or Google Meet and Posting the Score If a player closes the AnyDesk or Google Meet connection during the match, they must repeat the corresponding verification process when they reopen it. The session moderator may ask the player to reopen the connection during the match. If the player refuses to reopen AnyDesk or Google Meet during the game, they will lose the game they won. Video evidence is required. If the player has concerns about their connection, it is recommended that they post the score and the corresponding screenshot while AnyDesk or Google Meet is still open and keep the connection active for a few additional seconds to avoid any issues. If a complaint is submitted claiming that the player posted the score while AnyDesk or Google Meet was closed, the Staff will carefully review the video evidence to verify whether the connection was open or closed at the time the score was posted. 🖥️ 10.10 Additional Verifications Before the Match Before the game begins, if there are concerns about the opponent's computer, the moderator may request additional verifications, such as showing: The taskbar. Task Manager. Users. System Properties. Browser extensions. Mouse pointer. Other elements permitted under the verification rules. The player must comply with valid verification requests made by the moderator. If the player refuses to complete a valid verification, the opponent may start SC (count). 🎥 10.11 Verification Evidence A player submitting a complaint must provide video evidence that clearly shows the reported situation. The Staff will review the video and determine whether the evidence proves a violation and whether a penalty should be applied. Accusations alone will not be considered sufficient to establish a violation. The decision must be based on the available evidence and the Staff's review.

Chapter 9: Game Rules and Disconnections 9.1 General Rules for All Game Modes If a ball goes out of the table or gets stuck (Gamezer bugs), the game must be replayed. In case of a mouse malfunction, the opponent may, as a gesture of fair play, return the cue ball to its original position (Optional). If a player takes advantage of this situation by placing the cue ball in a different position, they will lose that game (Video evidence). If a player intentionally touches the opponent's ball or a ball they are not supposed to play, and this is clearly shown in the video evidence, they will lose that game. (This rule specifically applies to 8-Ball and Snooker) 9.2 Game Rules and Disconnections General Rule (applies to all game modes, unless a specific exception is stated below) When must a replay be required due to a disconnection? If a player is about to win (potting the last ball or scoring the final point) and the connection fails, the game must be replayed; if the opponent refuses to replay, SC may be started once the game ends. (Video evidence) If the game is 0-0 and a disconnection occurs, the game must be replayed. If the opponent refuses to replay the game, SC must be started. (Video evidence) If the disconnected player was losing, they will lose the game. If a player is accused of an intentional disconnection, the entire Staff will review the evidence to determine whether the game should have been replayed. If the players post different results and the CP/SCP does not provide supporting evidence in Support & Help, the game history will prevail. If neither player posts the history, the result will be 0-0. Snooker If a player is snookered (blocked) and does not attempt to hit the correct ball on 2 occasions, they will lose the game [video evidence]. If a player loses connection while leading by a significant margin, the game must be replayed (example: a lead of 30 points or more, with fewer than 27 points remaining on the table). Bank: Only points scored from clear bank shots are allowed; direct shots are prohibited. • If a player makes a direct shot, the game must be replayed, provided that the offending player won the game. • If the player repeats the offense and wins again with a direct shot, they will lose the game and the win will be awarded to the opponent. If the score is 4-4 and a ball stops at the pocket, both players must leave the game and replay it [video evidence]. If a player refuses to replay the game, the opponent may start SC. • ✅ VALID "DIRECT" BANK ➡️ VIDEO • ✅ INVALID DIRECT BANK ➡️ VIDEO 9.3 Chat During Games Allowed Chat Wishing good luck and saying thank you. Asking for fair play (fair play is not mandatory). Asking the opponent to refresh. Match score. Screen sharing (code and all details). Responding to certain requests (will be reviewed by the Staff). Private Chat This rule applies specifically to private messages exchanged between the two players who are playing the match (player vs. opponent), not to private chats between other forum members. Talking through private chat during the game is prohibited. If it is discovered that the private chat occurred at the exact moment a shot or important play was being made, one game won by the offending player will be deducted [video evidence]. For serious comments or insults made through private chat, the same penalties that apply to insults in the regular chat will apply (including a ban). The chat and the registered player's ID must be recorded as evidence [video evidence].
